Judy is a dynamic business consultant who specialties include front desk management and accelerating growth in high-end salon and spas. Her love for the front desk began as she finished beauty school after college and joined the NYC multi-million-dollar flagship of Saks Fifth Avenue Salons where she enjoyed leading the large front desk team and developing her customer service and management skills. After 25 years in multi-unit management as Director of Salons for Red Door Spas, Bubbles Salon, The Salons at Saks Fifth Avenue and owning her own salon with her husband a fellow stylist Judy’s experience enabled her to develop front desk and salon management systems that increased salon revenues by increasing retail sales, upselling services, rebooking and more.
